We use your information to: (a) provide and maintain your Platform access; (b) enforce subscription terms and single-device login; (c) process credit transactions and reveal history; (d) send service communications including subscription alerts and credit notifications; (e) improve the Platform through aggregated usage analytics; (f) comply with applicable legal obligations.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising purposes. We do not share your data with any party except as required by law or as necessary to provide the Platform services.

Device tokens are stored securely and used solely for single-device enforcement. All data transmission is encrypted. We retain your account data for the duration of your subscription and for a reasonable period thereafter for legal and operational purposes. Reveal history and credit logs are retained indefinitely as part of our audit trail.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at access@nexusasia.in. We will respond within 30 days. Note that deletion of your account will result in loss of all credits and reveal history.
The Platform is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on the Platform with a revised date. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
