This document is an electronic record under the Indian Contract Act 1872 and the Information Technology Act 2000. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Nexus Asia Terminal platform at nexusasia.in ("Platform"), owned and operated by Nexus Asia ("Company", "we", "us"). By accessing the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be 18 years of age or older to use the Platform. If accessing on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are duly authorized to do so on its behalf.
Access to the Platform is by invitation only. You may request access via WhatsApp or email. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. One account per user — sharing credentials is prohibited and may result in immediate termination without refund. Single-device login is enforced; simultaneous access from multiple devices is not permitted.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access the Platform subject to an active subscription and compliance with these Terms. Your licence expires upon subscription lapse or termination.
You may not: (a) copy, scrape, reproduce, or redistribute any Platform content or data; (b) use automated tools including bots, spiders, or scrapers to extract data; (c) use Platform data to build competing databases or products; (d) share, resell, or sublicense access to any third party; (e) reverse engineer any part of the Platform; (f) use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; (g) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or its underlying systems.
The NAT database — including all lease transaction records, CRE property listings, expiry data, contact intelligence, and Global Intel signals — is the exclusive proprietary intellectual property of Nexus Asia. All data is compiled, structured, verified, and enriched by Nexus Asia through substantial investment of time, resources, and technology. The selection, arrangement, enrichment, and presentation of this data constitutes an original work protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, extraction, reproduction, or redistribution of any portion of this database constitutes infringement of Nexus Asia's intellectual property rights and may result in civil and criminal liability.
Credits are non-refundable once consumed. Subscription fees are non-refundable. The Company reserves the right to modify pricing at any time with reasonable notice. Unused credits do not carry forward beyond the subscription period unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Data is compiled from publicly available sources and proprietary research. While we strive for accuracy, Nexus Asia makes no warranty as to completeness, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose. The Platform is provided "as is". Use of the Platform and reliance on any data therein is at your sole risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Nexus Asia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunity.
All title, ownership, and intellectual property rights in the Platform and its content remain with Nexus Asia. The NAT name, logo, and all associated marks are the property of Nexus Asia. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
We may amend these Terms at any time by posting updated Terms on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after such posting constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
